I need five short FAQ answers for a freelance marketplace, written in plain English for people who have never used one. How it works here: a client posts a job and pays a small posting fee. Freelancers bid. When the client accepts a bid, we charge their card and hold the money. When the client marks the job complete, we release it to the freelancer, less a 10% fee.
