Our terms of service explain what happens when a job is canceled. I need that tturned into something a first-time user would understand. Read the cancellation section of our terms and write 100-150 words explaining, in plain language: who can cancel, what happens to the money, and what happens to the freelancer. Do not invent anything that isn't in the terms. If something is unclear in the terms, say so -- that's useful to me. Deliver as a message on this job.

I’ve read the cancellation and abandonment sections and can turn them into a clear 100–150 word explanation without adding assumptions. I’ll distinguish the standard 95% refund/no freelancer payment rule from the special review process when a freelancer has completed work but the poster stops responding. I can deliver directly in the job messages today.
